This looks like a good thread to resurrect I just picked up my 97' RSP last week. I looked for about a month and a half before coming across this one. 42K original miles, Black and tan with an auto. I really wanted a solid black interior with a 5 speed but this one will have to do Wheels and suspension are first, motor swap with a pair of HKS twins is next. Ahhh...a low-key Supra replacement

Congrats on your new SC. If you need any pointers on the mods and what not feel free to ask.
Great find and interior look super clean.
Only suggestion is to forget about the twins. Big single and call it a day. Cheaper and faster.

blacksc400- Looks great. To keep them shiny was them with lots of soap and water and then use mother billet aluminum polish. Its about 10 bucks a tub. Use a soft fleece cloth and you'll be golden.!!!

I already have the twins. I'm an Ex-Supra guy (still work on a number of them in MD), so none of this is new to me. The twins can be very streetable if tuned correctly. As far as cost goes, they were cheaper than a single kit would have run me anyway. The "organ donor" for all of this is 93' MKIV that one of my customers wrecked. Brakes, sways, ETC still intact. Should be fun project.

Ryan,

Congratulations on such a beautiful car Take care of her, b/c once she's gone it'll be hard to find a replacement. Good luck and take care!
