Hey guys, I just recently got my AC recharged on my 95 SC400 after many years and found out my ac compressor is leaking, I don't really want to buy a used one bc it can be a hit or miss. Any suggestions on where I can find a new AC compressor that isn't going to fail in a couple months? Thanks!

Not cheap but it won't fail on you.

 

If ita leaking, then you just resolve that and then decide if it needs a new compressor you need to have it evavuted, and once the refrigerant is out, its pretty easy to identify the leak, and then ita usual easy to repir it, often it can be repaired with juat an o-ring, once its airtight, and all the air is out of the system, it can be refilled. Ad long as there isnr any noise from the beaeings or problens with the clutch then you should t need to replace the compressor

just installed the compressor almost a week ago, the actual leak was from the compressor and it was making a ton of noise. The AC blows ICE cold.
