Default Power steering rack servo?

Hi, got this 1997 sc300 as a project car and knew it needed a power steering rack. Got on on rockauto plus outter tie rods, all good until I realized there's a plug right under the lines; where from my googling, a servo is supposed to be?
my question is, is anyone aware of a plug/ delete plate or how I can get a servo by itself? Looked on the lexus parts site and the assembly is discontinued, same when using the part number else where. Ordered a different rack from "buy auto parts" it arrived and has the same port plugged with a plastic plug for the servo to be threaded in from what I can tell.
The lines obviously go to the blue plugs, but i have nothing to use for the red/orange plug

added a picture, unfortunately I had sent my rack back as a core not knowing I'd need that part.
4402024060 - the part number I've found from lexus site.

You can probably contact the rebuild shop your core was sent to. There are very limited shops that do this work and limited sc racks to rebuild so it shouldn’t be difficult to find the rack and get your servo back. The servo does almost nothing, I haven’t tried to plug one off so that may be another option.
