Noisy Qi Wireless charging ?
 

Hi all,

When I place my iPhone in the Qi Wireless charging dock (area? spot?) it makes this continuing buzz/hum, on then off then on. I push it around a little and it sometimes stops. Anybody else hearing this? What is it?

that might be the charger's built-in fan running

Yes, I'm having the same issue and my dealership has no clue about it.

try removing the case for your phone and see if it gets better.

I have had the same situation. I found that my phone case was partially to blame, but I was able to keep it on while charging by placing the phone RIGHT next to the small charger light. I have to place it just to the right of the light in order for it to charge and stop the annoying sounds. I can barely see the charging light go from green to orange because the phone is almost sitting on top of it.
