I can get several complete OEM navigation systems for 99 and up RX300.
(including screen, nav computer, all wiring hardness, nav antenna) for around $1200

I personally only do the conversion on a GS400 (See my homepage), I think it's similar on the RX.

I don't have the full setup yet, but if you let me know that you are interested, I am will considering getting it , wire it up and test everything out before selling it to you. (complete setup to get you up running)
