cuz its a whole lot cheaper than buying new ones...
i buy wrecked cars and fix them and that saves me a lot of money on buying a brand new or used car.
like for instance in 02 i bought a wrecked 02 rx300 with 1000 miles on it and it was fully loaded with navi and everything and after fixing it cost me 21000.
