RX 300 Class 3 Hitch

New, never installed class 3 trailer hitch for RX 300, receiver only & no wiring. $200 OBO in So Cal. (Lake Forest) not easy to ship but I will with the additional costs of packaging and freight. (hitch is upsidedown in picture)

Hi,is it still for sale? if so,does it come with the mounting bolts?
