I am not sure if SET called 057 White Pearl or not. Toyota USA called it Golden Pearl, SET 'might' have called it White Pearl. Where are you getting that name?

I just bought a 99 rx300, white pearl, and would like to get a 01+ spoiler on. The sticker on the car is 057. But 057 is Golden Pearl, dunno if they are the same?
I'm new to Lexus, so please be kind.
Thanks guys.

The photo shown for the "Golden Pearl" in the scionlife site is that of the "Desert Bronze Metallic". Golden Pearl was a creamy white pearlescent shade, with a greenish-warm grey cladding below. It was only a tinge more yellow than the "Kenmore White" of the "Crystal White" later offered with grey cladding. 057 correctly identifies the color, it's the photo that's wrong.

2000 RX300 (1Gen) in Golden Pearl. No spoiler, but uprated 235 CrossTerrains seem to bulk up the wheel wells (no signifigant difference in diameter, however).

Lexus of Colorado Springs informed me that some secondary two tone colors have unique identifiers. For instance, a 2002 RX300 with a two tone paint of mineral green opalescent (main body color 6R6) has a darker metalic green (lower body panel) that is uniquely identified as "UCAB7". Lexus gives no other name for this color. Aparently a paint shop can formulate a color match by knowing that it is called UCAB7. Their parts departmet has a loose leaf binder showing Lexus secondary color codes for two tone paints, also known as cladding colors. I have not seen another source for identifying the secondary two tone color for Lexus.

OK, got your photo up as Golden Pearl, so that is corrected... but I'm confused as to which of these are Desert Bronze Metallic. They seem to be two different colors... can you identify each?

Can you post the color code for the bumpers (best to link with body color)? My 2000 Rx300 is Woodland Pearl Metalic, according to your chart. I like to know the bump color code as well to get touch-up bottles. The bumper looks gray or dark gray.

Thanks,

Lexus Touch Up paint is $10. Can only get them from a Lexus dealer.

Here is complete list, including Cladding Color Codes. You will not be able to find the Cladding color code on your RX. The cladding colors shown are matched to the exterior color code.

I just realized that this topic is in the 1st-gen forum and I was discussing 2nd-gen information. I split the 2nd-gen topic off to here:
