Maybe the 70k includes market adjustment while MSRP is 63k?
Also noted the price difference from what was posted on another thread. Maybe this sheet is dealer specific as to what they plan to charge and what they have requested their allotment to be from Lexus?

I don't think they can get $6K over MSRP for them at this point, it has to be the cost of the standalone options being added to the builds.

The first price pdf posted were base prices, with no options. That's not what they are going to build.

I should have included this pic complete, with the right column that includes the options.

even though a lot of people on clublexus dont like this new gen, im pretty sure it'll sell like hotcakes. normal people dont care if its a i4 or v6, they just care that its comfortable, new, reliable, and quiet.
It'll sell A LOT, even with that stupid hood bulge

‘Great information.

Is there a way to tell if those models are Canadian builds or Japan made builds from all those codes?

Forget the customer delivered cars for a moment - they need to get some demo cars circulating to dealers for a preview event.

I think this screenshot is related to a different vehicle, probably the 2022 NX. If you google "MY23-Lexus-RX-PreBrochure" it says "3,500-lb towing capacility"

On Lexus.com they list towing as 2000 for the 23 RX and 3500lb with the optional tow package.

I believe RX4 was the same. 3500lb was with optional tow package.

The Hybrid is fully loaded which makes it so much expensive than the previous chart. But it might be only for one dealer since the Cold Weather Package(CK) will not be available across the states. And I really miss the definition for LL.

Some reviews now coming in for the 2023 Highlander, which has the same 2.4T ICE engine - checking them out to see what people say about it. I think in the Highlander, the hybrid drivetrain costs more than the ICE. My dealer has two different lists for the RX 350 and the 350h, so if I want to jump to the hybrid, its going to cost me more time to get a vehicle.
