My current portable jump starter’s cable is not able to reach the recommended ground point beside the engine. Most of the jump starter comes with short cable. I am looking for one that comes with longer cables. Can anyone please suggest?

Have you considered having your present jump-pack cable modified? Or, buying an extension cable (which is what we did on our existing one).
An auto-electric shop could do it and make it look almost 'factory', tho' it extra cable length might not fit into the original case.
If your jump starter can't power a totally 'dead' battery (ours wouldn't, we found out the hard way ) I suggest you buy one with a BOOST mode.
I had the same problem but solved it with a Schumacher Electric 1250A. Cables are long enough for my wife's 2025 RX350h. It's currently $85.99 on Amazon.

Thank you. I have just placed an order from Amazon. Where do you store it in the car?
Rather than buy a new Jump Box or longer jumper cables, I bought a 4 Gauge black cable from the local auto parts store and installed it as below :
This allows my jump starter cables to reach the proper +12 and ground point for a safe jump start. On my install, I could have used a longer ground cable.
A cable around 36" to 42" should work fine. Ground cable cost is under $15. The bolt used for cable connection is already there.

In the rear under the carpet by the spare tire; there is plenty of room. I also set a reminder on my phone to pull it out and charge it annually. I do the same with my Weego chargers for my other cars.

This is where I put my current jump starter but we can’t even open the trunk if the battery is dead. I am thinking is better to store inside the car instead.

I agree. It’s pointless to store the jump starter in the cargo hold and not be able to access it without being a contortionist. I’d probably hide it under the passenger seat.
I have an NX and my NOCO booster fits in the center console. Did purchase a tray that sits just under the lid of the console for the other small stuff I carry around.
Is this an issue on the non hybrid models or just hybrid. For some reason I thought it was only a hybrid issue but if I am wrong I need to do one of the modifications

I was considering that tray as well. Is it hard to remove it? I saw review it fits very tight.

It's a bit fiddley, can only be removed from the drivers side, but it's not that bad. I don't remove it all that much, except to get at the booster. Have nothing else under there.
