No tire balancing, just rotation. Oil change itself costs $175 so the other $85 is for tire rotation.
For someone like us, who have winter / summer tire set, tire rotation at the dealership is useless.

Up here many tire places offer free lifetime balancing, rotations, and flat repairs. I use KalTire.

My Lexus dealer is 1 hour away.
A Toyota dealer is 10 minutes away, and charged $100 for the 15K service.
