Default F Sport Pedals

Is ther any real difference between the pedals in an RX 350 F Sport compared to standard RX 350? Does it change the feel of the ride or is it simply a cosmetic difference?

I swapped the pedals on my 2013 gs350 to the fsport ones (which seem exactly identical to my current RX450 Fsport) and to me, I notice a very slight difference. It has a bit more of a solid feel since the non-Fsport pedals are plastic and rubber (compared to aluminum with the rubber pads for the Fsport ones). Besides that, the looks is worth it to me.

One has to understand he reason for those pedals. Those little rubber pimples are there because they are easier to replace than the whole pedal! Under sport driving (manual tranny only) these pedals do get a work-out, with the auto box not so much and thereby become only a decoration. The next question is how often & for how long do you watch them?

Every time I get in to drive, I see them.

I like the look of the Fsport gas pedal and foot rest. It actually helped with my decision to go for the Fsport over the base model. It is interesting sometimes small details matter.

The rest pedal is part of the carpet. Therefore cannot be replaced.
