Default Debadging 4RX

Does anyone know how the ‘RX350’ and ‘FSport’ badges on the rear hatch are affixed? I know some models are just adhered to the paint but I also know, for example, my IS350 has pins behind each letter which align to a bunch of holes.

I’m just wondering if anyone knows for sure which method Lexus decided to use on the 4RX?

Thx for reading

Looking at those available for sale on eBay and Amazon, it appears that there are no mounting posts on them. Looks to be adhesive only.

Use a hair dryer to warm the labels. They come off intact and can be reused.

I kept the FSport badging and of course didn’t remove the lexus badges!

Can you post of pic of the wheel well extensions? Curious if the fasteners show or if they're covered. Great job on this, best looking RX I've seen!

One other question...was the exhaust part of a performance upgrade or solo? If solo did it provide a power boost? Thanks.

The work he has done on it was all custom. Exhaust, rear diffuser, side skirt, wheel arch, etc.
Check out his other forum called " Grizsk's RX350 F Sport Build".

That’s SHARP! If you had just told me what was done w/o pic, I’d say “no thx”. That is awesome. I’d bet though the color, IMO, has a lot to do with it also. I dont think my white one would look that good.

I had decided on the Aimgain kit before I purchased the RX and I ended up choosing black (originally wanted white to match my IS) because I personally can’t stand the floating roof look. The black paint with the chrome delete and dark tint effectively deletes the floating roof which is honestly the only reason I got black. Beyond that I can’t stand the black paint it’s a total pain. I have seen one of these in white and it does not do the trick for me.
