ICS Reprogram Service Campaign (certain 2017-2018 RXs)

ICS Campaign recall was done, and dealer gave me a $50 gas card. Then they charged me $16 for the state inspection. Always got that free at Honda. The ICS update did not adversely effect vehicle operations. It was the second of the free four services that you receive with the CPO program.

Need Help: Check Engine Reduced Engine Power
Brand new to this forum. Vacationing in Florida, filled my gas tank last night, started car today and got following message: Check Engine Reduced Engine Power Visit Your Dealer. Also got ICS Malfunction Visit Your Dealer. My dealership is 350 miles away (Atlanta, GA). Closest Lexus dealer is about 110 miles. Is the car safe to drive? Owned my 2017 RX-350 for about a month.
Drove vehicle about 3 miles sluggish

Check Engine Reduced Engine Power
Brand new to this forum. Vacationing in Florida, filled my gas tank last Friday night, started car Saturday and got following message: Check Engine Reduced Engine Power Visit Your Dealer. Also got ICS Malfunction Visit Your Dealer. My dealership is 350 miles away (Atlanta, GA). Wondered if my car was safe to drive? Owned my 2017 RX-350 for about a month.
This all happened on the weekend naturally.
Took my car to O''Reilly Auto Parts in Destin on Sunday and the guy ran a scan on it. Code P0328 (Knock Sensor) came up. The guy at O'Reilly's was great (Jeff maybe?) putting my mind at ease. The car was running fine despite the warning messages, so without a Lexus dealer within a hundred miles I decided to drive the car home in "Limp mode"
Car ran fine and I made it home. Stopped once for gas and put premium in just in case the last tank was bad. Appointment tomorrow with dealer service department.

Took my car to dealer, they discovered a "rodents nest" built in my motor with some of the electrical wires chewed. Of all things?
Needed cleaned out and new engine wire harness, not covered by warranty but repairs completed and car rides like a dream once again!

Hi everyone, I'm shopping for an RX for my mom and found a great one, but it had this ICS issue. The car got the ICS reflash on 03/2020 at 40k miles after having the check engine light on for CODE P04500. The notes say "SMALL EVAP LEAK, GAS CAP WAS NOT ON TIGHT" but I am a bit hesitant to believe that's exactly the case.
Would this be a reason for you to stay away from buying the car? Any stories of reoccurring problems after the flash, or is everything good after that's taken care of?
Thanks

A loose gas cap is a classic cause of "check engine" -- for 30 years now, at least. As far as the ICS reprogramming, if there has not been a problem report about the ICS in the service history, the only thing to do is make sure ICS is turned on, and doesn't report a problem. If it is on, and no problem, then .... no problem.

Multiple warnings and lights
2020 Rx350 2,400 miles. Yesterday several warning lights came on at once along with warning messages. Dealer can' look at it until next week .They say they can fix while I wait. I'm guessing they will just clear the ECU and tell me its fine. Any ideas as to the cause would be apricated.
