I didn't take pictures when I install it. However, there are videos on youtube on how to remove the headunit on RX. I shared those videos that I used in response #4 in this post. Once you have it removed, you can easily identify the cables and connect them. Each cable has different size and color, so there is no way to miss them.
I also posted the instruction in response #9. To sum up, there are basically 5 cables you will need to connect. Please see response #4 to see what's included in the package. The biggest power cable connect the box to head unit. The blue LVDS display cable connect the box to the screen. The small short white Screen Cable just sit between the original cable and the screen (I think it just rewire the screen cables). The last two things are the box's GPS unit and the USB cable to connect your phone to the box. They all have different size connectors, so as long as it fit, it's correct.
Note that I didn't connect the small speaker come with the box, because I connect the box to Lexus' bluetooth to play all sounds through car's speaker. I will never use that small speaker, so just have one less thing to find space for it.
One last thing, there is a little space behind the headunit (in order words, there is some space behind that small compartment under the A/C buttons), so I dropped the android box there. This step probably took me the longest time as I tried to arrange a bunch of cables to push the headunit back in. I taped the box's GPS unit on top of the AC vent tube, so it won't be obstructed by any metal stuffs.

Another reason I like this setup (vs other setup such as replacing headunit) is that I still have access to 100% of OEM functions and features when I need to.

Does the box also support screen mirroring? I just bought an 2016 RX350 F Sport for my wife and I love the CarPlay features of this but I have the BeatSonic screen mirroring in my LS460 and its nice to stream Netflix on long drives. Just wondering if this does screen mirroring as well.
