Replace 8 inch screen with 12 inch and hook up Android to system
I'd like to replace my 8 inch screen with the 12 inch. Is that possible? How much?$
Also, I'd like to hook up my Android to the system. Ideas?
And, does Lexus enform come with all new cars?
I bought one with 20k on it ..2017 sport... And salesperson didn't review with me.

needs factory nav, to work properly. not sure about swapping screens,

you'd be better off just buying an RX with the 12 inch display. as JSracer stated the cost would be astronomical and that's just for the unit itself. You'd likely have to take apart the dash to install it and you may need a new head unit to get everything to display properly on the 12 inch screen. All in you're likely north of $5k

With regards to the iphone XS or XS MAX and the beatsonic: "it works only when the iPhone is connected to the mirroring kit before the ignition is turned on...The anticipated release date of the new IF-04EP is 1~2 months." as of my email to support yesterday.
Seemed like useful knowledge, since this cannot be fixed with software updates.

Just another reason beatsonic is not worth it.
this andriod kit seems much better

I would love to upgrade my 8" non navigation with the navigation 12". Anyone figure out economical solution? Really sucks having to use my phone for maps

Yes I'm in the process of adding a carplay Kit to my non navigation 8 inch screen on my 2017 Rx 350 . Not sure if you can swap the 8 inch screen with a 12.3 used one that are being sold on Ebay in the $500 and up range? You may want to try that route

Did you have any notable issues with the Lexion display? There are a couple of other companies based in China that sell the similar display for $599 but I’m not sure of the quality or warranty. It’s DVDGPSNav.com and they respond pretty quickly to emails.
