As a follow up. Seems like noble brown interior may only be available with the Luxury Package. The 20 inch silver wheels may not be available with the Luxury Package. Besides the price changes, this is what I can see just from initially viewing the Lexus.com site.

I also looked thru the site, and it looks like the only leather option is for 2020 is what is included in the luxury package. If that's true, that's a pretty big change.

Looks like the Canadian base versions of the 2020 will still be offered with leather. Could be wrong but that is what the Canadian site gives me for specs when I try to built a 2020. Wow! finally we get a feature that our southern cousins do not have. Remember, we never got ENFORM in Canadian RXs until this upcoming 2020.

It is nuluxe leather (simili leather).
When you choose any other higher trim, like the Luxury package, they mention "premium leather" seats, which is real leather. But it is not all leather. Some parts, like the sides of the seat is nuluxe (bolsters), as for the head rest. All the parts your body does not touch is nuluxe as well.
