Which way is air flow in the ventilated front seats.

Okay the results are in, this is THE definitive answer on whether the seats "suck or blow"
They SUCK - they suck air from the surface of the seat. I placed cling wrap (I think you guys call it saran wrap) on the seat, sealed it around the edges with tape and turned the seats onto high. The cling wrap sucked to the seat quite markedly, even was difficult to lift the cling wrap up due to the suction.
I took a video of the results on the seat bottom and seat back but I'm unable to post it on this site - says format incorrect, it's MP4

bumping this thread for summer.
My cooling fan are crazy loud, but I feel no air moving in our out of the seats? Is it me, or does everyones vented seats do nothing?

Yes, they get loud and it is hardly noticeable air movement. But turn them off one day, and then turn them on another day and you can feel the difference. The vented seats do help cool you and the seats quickly.

I think the air movement is pretty subtle to you general human senses. The way you tell is put some, say 1 square foot, of saran wrap across the vent-holes and you can feel resistance when trying to move the saran wrap. This may also work with a piece of lightweight toilet paper. the toilet paper trick for example is good for testing the sucking power of overhead fans in bathrooms. If the fan can't hold a piece of TP its pretty bad. likewise the back your seat should hold it up such that it doesn't fall.
