I am seeing a lot of people getting 10%-12% of MSRP + 1500 for the RX350. I am not seeing many people talk about pricing on the RX-L. I believe Lexus only
have $1000 rebate for RX-L. Anyone who buy recently want to share their deals on a RX-L in the Boston area? Thank you in advance.

Yea, you won't see those discounts in New England. Call Lexus of Watertown, ask for Jessica, she's one of the sales managers. They quoted me $5000 off plus rebate for an RX450HL. The place is massive and very aggressive.

I think that's a decent deal from a no haggle dealer.

I take it that's their best offer and not their initial offer?

It went from 4K to 5K plus some haggling about trade value. In addition to the Lexus rebate I had another from Morgan Stanley client service for 1K.
Try them, maybe you'll do better. I think 10% plus rebate is tough but not impossible up here. Let me know how you make out.

I've got it down to two quotes from two different dealers. I don't think they are going to budge anymore. I'm leaning towards the first option as the difference is only a couple hundred bucks for a new car vs a demo. I'm indifferent about the trim level and the seats, which everyone seems to be complaining about. I also read that the F Sport retains value a bit better for leasing purposes. What do you think is the better deal here?

1. 2018 Lexus RX 350 F Sport
MSRP: $60,100
Discount: $6,522
Lexus Cash: $1,500
Sales Price: $52,078 + Tax/Fees

2. 2018 Lexus RX 350 (Demo with about 8,500 miles)
MSRP: $62,000
Discount: $8,800 (Includes Doc fee of $700 that's taxable)
Lexus Cash: $1,500
Sales Price: $51,700 + Tax/Fees
*Not sure if I should be valuing this vehicle as a used car using KBB / NADA values.

Seems like a no brainer to get the new.

Buy new, price difference doesn't entice me.

Yea that's what I'm leaning towards. It's about 10.85% and 14.19% off the demo before rebates. Is that a decent deal for % or you think people are getting better deals? (e.g. 15%)

Some posters say take nothing less the 10% before rebates. But that depends on your location. Your numbers are great. What about new? You have any figures?

Option 1 is new. Option 2 is a demo with about 8000 miles. The demo is a luxury package has everything except the pano roof. I'm in the east coast tri-state area so it's tough to negotiate prices as always high demand.

I'm also looking at the 2018 CPOs and I can see a few below.

CPO 2018 Lexus RX 350 Premium Package with about 7,400 miles for $49,000 + Tax & Fees
CPO 2018 Lexus RX 350 Premium Package with about 5,500 miles for 50,000 + Tax & Fees

To give you a comparison, I know some of the guys here were getting the 2017 RX 350 with Premium package for around $45,000 OTD back in May. I think you can try for $43,000-44,000 now considering depreciation and dealers need to clear it out for 2019 models later this year.

I would check the 2017 thread for more info. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...so-far-73.html

I'm new to the lease game but what do you think of this offer that the dealer gave to me:

2018 RX 450hL Premium
MSRR - $58,713
Lease - $589 per month
36 months at 12K per year
$4,999 due at signing
MF - .00060
Residual - .57

I asked the dealer to give me something comparable to the lease being offered during the Golden Opportunity Sales Event. Please let me know if I need to provide any addition info and any feedback is appreciated.
