i am biased to the RX.. since i have one..
not a fan of the X5. but i do like how they drive.
but i do like 2G MDX.. my brother has one and have looked into purchasing a used one.
Going to be looking for a replacement of our old '09 RX. Best rear I is the new RX, with close by X5. I HATE the rear of the current MDX. If it wasn't for the MDX's ugly rear (which makes it look like a mini van) I would have picked it up already.

I'm very happy with my 2017 RX350 FWD that I bought last Sept.
It zooms like a bullet (no lag) when I floor it (especially when in sports mode) if I'm in the front of a traffic stop light.
Merging on the freeway from a ramp is also a breeze. I just give it more juice and I could feel the torgue pulling the RX like it saw a ghost..LOL
I have 1889 miles on it and knock on wood so far my RX is great and quiet at cruising speed.
