4RX 350, 2016. Hey what's not to love about this car? I'm coming from an 08 Mercedes R350 and the Lexus is a breath of reliable fresh air. The Merc stranded me at 97K miles with a catastrophic engine failure diagnosed by the dealership before they hit me with a $15K quote to replace the engine. Bought it brand new and threw money at the dealer service departments and repair guy who now loves me enough to finally advise me to get a Japanese car.

I have a quibble and believe me, it really is something I can live with and does not annoy me given the fact that the training in the voice command works well. When I'm driving, the phone contacts are greyed out, locking me from accessing them to make a call. I can make a call using the voice command, but that is limited since I don't remember all my contact names off the top of my head. Called Lexus and they say that is a safety feature. However, if scrolling through contacts is a safety thing, then why can I access my favorite contacts and scroll through recent calls? Being an engineer, I thought if one works, the other one should also.

Yep, same dance here. Lexus takes safety warnings and lockouts to an enormously annoying level.
