It looks like the part number for the seat heater is the same for 350 and 450H from 2016-2019.

Is it really worth it? If the back seats were not prewired you'd have to run the electrics all the way back there and also install a switch. Frankly I'd buy real sheepskin covers and be done. The difference in cost is ENORMOUS.

this is the back of the front seat, comparing the 350 to 450
FRONT SEAT BACK, LEFT; FRONT SEAT BACK, RIGHT.

this is in regards to some thinking the 450 heater or voltage (wrong) was different

Don't know about after market wiring. Mine came with rear seat heaters.
