Everytime I sit in the rear seat of 2016 RX, I find the seat is too tilted back and not comfortable even though I adjust to the most upright position. I don't have that problem with the 3rd gen RX.

Granted I don't own a 4RX but I have sat in one numerous times, and when in the rear I specifically adjusted the rear seats because I know if I decide to buy a 4RX, the first thing my youngest son (16 and 6'2") would ask is how much room in the rear seat.

I didn't notice that much of a difference in the seat back positions compared to our 2015. But since the 4RX is longer than the 3RX the added legroom will make him happy the few times he's back there should we decide to buy one..
