If thats lease cash it could be a hella deal

very nice car, for sure, not taking anything away from it, i have all those options and then some, (msrp 65+k) the tough part is the seats dont work for you, or the pedals, not sure what else but many have had to walk away from a F because of the seats.. hope they work for you or there is a solution down the road.

let's take the 61500,
then the selling price of 53600
thats about 13% discount off msrp all in. (lexus incentives included) (for a 17 with 18s out)
13% is a fair deal, to good deal, many have gotten 15% and higher much earlier in the year. heck i had a dealer offer over 9k plus $2500 lexus cash,
this isn't to rain on your good deal, or new car. just to enlighten you some about the numbers of the deal. the finance people are always shifty seeming to me, saying whatever
Agreed seems unlikely that the dealer would be willing to lose money, but theoretically possible on the 2017s if they need to move the cars out to make room. But definitely not at 13%.. I just negotiated a deal to buy a brand new 2017 RX 350 for 19% off MSRP (a little over $10,000 off of MSRP)...and I'm sure the dealer still made a little money on that deal.

Default 2017 Model (Is this a good deal?)

Just received a quote from local dealer for 2017 non-hybrid RX350 base model w premium package. $7000 off MSVP ($54,793) pre-tax. No other fees.

Is this deal fairly good? Or there is still room to squeeze?

Wow that sounds like an amazing deal for a new car (i.e. even it's a 2017 model). OTD means including tax and all fees? I was able to bring the discount from 7000 up to 10k yesterday, but that's pre-tax. I'm in NY.

Yup - Everything included. After closing the deal, I felt as though I could have gotten it lower to 44.5 or 45k OTD.

Really nice, happy for you!
I took the 10k discount offer and will pick up the car today. Nothing is more important than enjoying the car haha.

That's a horrible deal. Right now, Lexus has a $6K rebate on all 2017 models. You should be able to get $13K or more off MSRP

It is not posted on any of those sites. In March, Lexus was offering a $3K rebate. In April, Lexus increased the rebate to $6K. There is very small inventory of 2017s that is still available and I'm guessing that is why it is not posted. I had a couple of dealers verify that $6K is legit and I used it when I bought a base 2017 model. Not sure if $6K is still available in May as Lexus frequently changes these things every month.

I had been looking at 2018s when I noticed a dealer had several 2017s and one that I really like. The only option that appears to be missing is the power rear folding seats (which I think I can live without since I would rarely have a need to put them down). The sticker is $60.6k and I'm working with them via email now to see how low I can get them. It's a non- F-sport, AWD with the luxury package, Mark Lev, triple LED headlamps, etc., etc. Will report back with a price.
