use the wheel and go to some setting in the menu in the dash. I believe it is the one with the lane sensitivity etc. I turned mine off it was so annoying.

Default Multi Info Display

My wife took a trip with her girlfriend in a 2017 RX same as ours. She noticed at one point the message "take a rest" or something similar. Curious what system generates that? I searched the manual and couldn't find anything. Just curious.

From the ES forum: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/es-...ml#post9522351

"The "Please take a rest" is the vehicle reading of the driver swaying. The system activates due to the vehicle going over the traffic lane which reads the driver may be tired therefore rest is recommended. The Lane Departure Warning (LDW), when activated, displays this message."

The sway warning also goes off if you're driving on a hilly road with quick changes in elevation (the kind that can give you butterflies).

Right steering wheel spoke "menu" button will bring up a MPG screen between the tach & speedo
The Four Arrow Square rocker above the menu button will move you all around the IP screen.
Tap left arrow for settings, up arrow till you get to LKA. Press the center White Dot button to enter.
Tap down arrow to select all the LKA settings. Go down far enough and you will see Sway Warning OFF.

Consider leaving LKA all the time Except for Construction Zones. You do not need the distraction of
entering the menu screens, just press the inner lowest button "two parallel line w/car driving off to the right"

Default Received drouseyness warning

In our '19 RX, wife was surprised by a beeping sound followed by a warning to pull to side of road if she is tired. A coffee-cup was displayed on the instrument cluster. WOW.
I could not find any info. in the manual. Is this a Lexus only feature and how did it recognize any change facial or driving recognition?

Thanks
David

Check the start of this thread - it's a function of the lane assist feature.
