Default What is a good lease offer for 2016 RX?

Last year I got a lease on a 53K MSRP 15' GS 350 for 2K down and 350 per month. Can I get a similar deal on a 2016 RX 350 (even with slightly lower MSRP). I am not in a hurry so I can wait till December.

Current Golden Opportunity deal is on $44k MSRP either $2.5k down $420/mo. or $0 down $500/mo. Free first payment. You should do somewhat better if you have good credit and shop around. I've been seeing MF .0012 and 60 or 61% residuals. Multiple deposits may lower the MF.

do they have better deals in December? I am curious what deals people got last December on the 2015 model. I vaguely remember that they had at least 3K of Lexus cash on top of the sales event when I got my GS last December. It seems that I am about 4K off from what I want to pay based on the current golden opportunity.

they only seem to offer $500 Lexus cash with the current golden opportunity offer. I would expect at least 3K of Lexus cash plus a good dealer discount. Hopefully the deals will be better in December.

I need confirmation on monthly payment calculation for a lease.
2017 RX 350 - $48,929 MSRP
Negotiated to $47,000 out the door
36mo/15k
MF - .0008
56% residual
7.75% CA sales tax
$650.76 / month

Did I calculate this right? Should I negotiate further on the OTD price?
Thanks in advance.

Shoot for 10-12% off MSRP. I just got 12% off MSRP following other users on Edmunds. The dealer told me repeatedly that it couldn't be done, offering me 3%, 5%, and 8% off, respectively. Finally they came through with 12% off. Not sure if your region has any Lease cash available, but ask if there is at least $500. The money factor appears spot on. If you have the extra cash, use multiple security deposits to crush the MF to .00008.
