I had the same experience with nigel. He stopped emailing me so i gave up. I understand that he is in japan and ships the parts to the US. Shipping can be very expensive so it might be more cost effective to buy the parts from your local dealer.
I would like to just replace the two grill sections with the mesh F sport sections. Not sure if that is possible.

Wow. Thanks, Darith. Pictures and everything. It looks like i just need the two grill pieces. I have seen the grill pieces pop up on ebay occasionally. Most of them have some damage though (cracks or broken clips) so i am inclined to buy them from a dealer. Nigel referred me to someone in SoCal who can do the parts swap so i will give him a call when i have the parts. Will update as i go along.
Stopped by the local Lexus dealer to price the F sport grill pieces. Lower piece is $217.28 and the upper piece is $600-700 and i am not sure which part to order. There were three in the system and the parts guy thought it might be the middle one. The hand written $250 note is for the lower spoiler. I probably won't do that although i do like the way it looks.
I should have bought the used ones i saw on ebay for $200.00. That was a good deal.

I am one of the supplier for the Taiwan NX & RX group that you're in.
And only changing the Upper and lower grill to F Sport is not possible and we have already try that.
He has to trim and cut some of the parts and glue it.
We are also the first guy who try to mod the Sequential Turn Signal Tail Light and our friend in Taiwan posted once we did it.

And it is NOT possible to change the TWO grill sections only.
We have try that in the first place.

No I haven't tried this on my vehicle. I simply checked the compatibility chart which was provided by the seller. Really not a difficult concept to grasp. See below:

BTW- check out the information describing the grill. It states:
"ABS Plastic Racing Honeycomb Grill Refit For Lexus RX450h 2016 ". Of course it might fit the Base 2016 RX350 so I went to the compatibility chart and it stated that it would only fit an RX450. Then I put my vehicles info in to the boxes provided and it stated that it was incompatible with a Base 2016 RX350.
Just received all my parts from Nigel. Best to get everything through him unless you have a really helpful parts guys. I compiled a list of all the part he shipped minus the license holder (13 items in total). A lot of the parts are discontinued or only available on websites outside the USA. He didn't ship any of the hardware, clips or nuts and bolts. I am probably going to order those separately or see if I can reuse them. Good luck!!

UPDATE: Just had my Body shop install it and they had no problems. I think they used all the original screws and clips b/c I didn't provide any. The only problem I ran into was the sensors in the front. Our first RX was the base model without any and our 2017 has them so the original grill I ordered didn't have the holes but my shop cut some and it looks OEM. Wish I could've documented the process for you guys but with 2 babies and the holidays.. Time is precious.

I was waiting for a long time for this grill through our local bodyshop. It took about 2 hours to install it. It was very fine work and the result exceeded my expectations. I think their is no necessity to replace the whole bumper and grill. Our lexus dealer asked about $2200. I believe the amount they asked grossly exaggerated. I found an alternative way, emailed a guy and he was really helpful and I ordered through him. The quality of the grill and paint are excellent.
