Default Nav cursor speed

Has anyone experienced the need to adjust the speed of the cursor movement when attempting to move the mouse and select a screen icon. Mine moves so fast it makes it difficult to stop on a desired icon. There must be an adjustment to slow/speed the cursor movement but I cannot find any mention of same in the owner's nav manual. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Love my 4RX but HATE the mouse system. I can not believe that Lexus stuck with this POS.

I got to drive a RC-F Sport for a few days and the touchpad is was awesome! Wish they could have put that in our 4RX.

IMO on our 2015 RX F Sport I find that even when set to the slowest speed the cursor moves too fast. Not a big deal, just occasionally annoying.

Increase the feedback force, it will definitely help. I was having the same problem.
