preach on - every beep or bing i look around because i think i am going to hit something or someone is about to hit me.

i do wish there was a way to disable - but its only a nuisance i have to deal with a few months out of the year.

After I finish shovelling the driveway, clearing the snow off the car and salting the walk - Roads May Be Icy - no kidding. Maybe this would be useful for a climate that only occasionally has freezing weather.

It does not annoy but it startles as it sounds like a malfunction more than an alert.

It makes you check the console and get your eyes off the road.

It is a distraction!

It's a bit of a distraction especially when it has been continuously below freezing for days and you already know, but I like the idea that if driving from one city to the next or was driving for a long time, there's a notification that conditions could be slippery.

I'm really amazed that in all these years I have not had an accident due to icy conditions without the car telling that's it 37 degrees outside. Just lucky I guess.

When I was young I was incredibly reckless. I used to drive without an outside air temperature gauge in my car, and sometimes even at night. LOL

Default roads may be icy warning

Is there any way to turn off the Roads May Be Icy warning? It beeps every time I drive in cold temps, even with sunny, dry roads. I KNOW the roads may be icy. I hope there is a way to turn off this annoying warning.
