Head rest adjustments

Hello RX owners out there... I have a question for you: What adjustments do you have on your head rests? The manual mentions up/down and that some models have fore/aft adjustment also.

I went to the car show and could only get them to go up and down. Thanks!

I believe the F Sport models have headrests that adjust fore & aft (and up/down).
