Mine was pending at least that long, so next day decided to drive a few miles to a different location with better reception. Activated immediately. Now it works back here at home where it was showing pending. Maybe just needs a stronger reception signal for the initial setup.
I pushed the SOS button, got the code, let the car run for 15 minutes, restarted it and let it run for another 15 minutes. Waited about half an hour and it was active.
You're the same as me. I have an iPhone 6, and was stuck on pending for a few hours no matter what I did. I just drove a couple miles and stopped. Closed the Lexus Enform Remote App on the phone, then pressed it again and loaded right up. No more stuck on pending and now works every time, even back where I was originally parked.
So are we saying that apple literally makes us drive around in circles?
No such thing with the Android app.
Doesn't have anything to do with the phone. The Enform rep I talked to said the app would activate faster if the car was running. Something to do with retrieving info from the car. I just started mine and let it run in the driveway.

I was just being facetious.
Makes sense that if the car is running with its built in cell system active that setup would be quicker.
