Thanks I will check with the dealer. I am not sure if the droning noise is very louder. It only can be noticed if I turn off all music and in a local way. I can feel a bit drone from gas pedal only at 1500 RPM.

BTW, I am in Canada, so my vehicle is AWD.

I suspect the exhaust TSB is now applied to all new production. That's no longer a fix.

I had the TSB installed a few weeks ago. It's useless. Drone is annoying me. I'm going to go back next week and raise hell.

I recently had a 2019 RX350 loaner from my dealer and it had the worst droning of any of the many RX350s I've driven. Very disappointing.

Would be funny if when you sent the car back, you submit it for a TSB, lol

My fellow GS'er, I dare you to sit my 2017 and then talk about worst! LOL. Worry not, I will be back in a GS soon.

Had our 2016 pipe replaced a few weeks ago. It works. Funny thing is I drove a loner 2018 that was quite. I think it’s crazy this is happening in a 2019

I’ve got a new 2019 RX 350L with 550 miles and a production date of 11/2018. No drone at 1500 rpm or anytime. It’s very quiet and a pleasure to drive. In 2008 we had a new RX 400h, and the drone from the CVT trans drove me nuts. Sold it.

My 2019 Rx 350 does not have a drone. The engine sounds like a sowing machine at all RPMs but no drone.

I never thought I'd say this but my wife's Pilot sounds like a Ferrari compared to my RX....

Neither here nor there. I understand all Lexus wanted to do was quiet the cabin and hush the engine sound as much as possible. When the V-tec kicks in around 5500 RPM in the Pilot it sounds damn-near badass for what is essentially an AWD minivan.

See what happens. My 2017 RX had no drone until about 5-6k miles. It's not that bad, especially when I use Sport mode around town, so I'm not going to worry about it.

As a hot rod/muscle car enthusiast, I’m quite familiar with drone and the installation of X pipes to reduce drone. Our RX is the L model with a little different exhaust system than the standard RX; different routing. No X pipe, but different piping which leads to 5 hp less. Could this make a difference? I’m thinking yes. We’ll see.

You're not alone. I always knew the noise inside the cabin is loud as if a window is open. These RX's are not quite cars and the loaner I drove was even louder inside the cabin.
