These are spectacular numbers. The best I have done was on a trip Toronto to Montreat in summer when I got 9.5 l/100km. Are you driving around 90 km/h top get this good of fuel economy?

On a summer trip earlier down to LA, I was getting 30 mpg (7.8L/100km) if I kept speeds under 120 km/h or so.

Around town though, I'm lucky to get under 13L/100km in the winter months. The hills around here are a killer for mileage. Summer time I can get 12.1L/100km in the city if I run premium.

For myslef I was driving at 110km/h (~70 MPH) on cruise control for most of the time, did a few passes of other cars and hit a couple of road construction speed limits.

Might have gotten a better figure if I was sticking to a constant speed.

No on the hwy I'm at 120 Kmh, but I do use premium gas, perhaps that has something to do with it.

Default 2017 RX gas mileage

I have the car for 3 months now. Driving about 65% highway 35% local under Eco mode most of the time. So far averaging only about 370 miles at full tank.

I thought this is a bit low with Eco mode....so kind of disappointed

I wonder what average do you get for yours?

My 2012 LS averaging a bit more than 400 miles at full tank, similar highway/local % at Eco mode.

2012 Lexus LS 460 has 22.2 Gallon tank, and 2017 Lexus RX 350 has 19.2 Gallon tank. So how can you compare by per tank?

LOL no its the other way around. I was getting 12.1L, shes averaging at 13.7L. But yea she does seem to have a heavier foot when it comes to accelerating. I cant help think it also has to do with her starting the car and letting it idle in cold mornings as she likes a toasty warm car

Yeah that would do it too!
Mine "sleeps" into the garage. I use the starter only for the return trip.
