I didnt specify, the detail shop had Tesla's, M series BMW's, and a couple Porches in there so I figured he knew what he was doing better than I regarding which comes first? The process that he and I had talked about was that he detailed the entire car even though its brand new to get everything off, then he applied the xpel, then the opticoat.
Very nice @ unowned! That's the color I'm leaning towards. My current Stargazer Black 450h gets that same sparkle in the right light.
I can see I'd have to keep on the detailing of those trim pieces around the wheel well to keep them from standing out too much.
How are you liking the F Sport seats?
Thanks, yea those will probably fade over time and I should apply some protectant. I really like the Fsport seats because of the firmness and side bolsters. I'm sort of biased because I daily a 2014 IS 350 Fsport so I've become used to it and lucky my wife was happy with the Fsport too. I couldn't stand the squishy normal RX suspension, seats, gauges, etc.
