Not so sure about those Hybrid wheels

Still the RX looks to be an improvement by most facets not measured by subjective opinion

From some angles, it looks terrible. From others, it looks great. I will need to see it in person to know if it is the vehicle for me. Hybrid wheels look like crap, might need to change it as I'm looking at the hybrid 450h model only.

The LED headlights should be standard like many other vehicles now days. Lexus seems to be behind the curve here. Especially for what they are going to charge. For the first time I am thinking of looking for another brand. We will see.

I think the standard lights are LED, just not in the premium L-shaped pattern.

Looks like tomorrow will be the big day. According to TFLcar the release date for further info on the new RX is 9/8/2015. Should have more specs and hopefully some pricing and option info. It's about time.

Still no pricing or a list of packages available. Dealer said that it is arriving sometimes in November. Are you guys pre-ordering on line or at the dealership? Dealer told me to pre order it online when the prices are available cause they might sell them before they hit the lot. This is a 1st time for me buying a new car. I have been leasing for the past 6 years.

Does anyone remember back in the day when a new model vehicle always got released in the month of September? I also remember when Lexus used to introduce their next year models in the spring of the previous year. I'm missing that. They didn't come out with the NX until the month of December and it looks like the 2016 RX is coming out around the same time. I liked being able to drive a next model year car for a few months in the previous year.

Just an update - Lexus have released official UK pricing. The base RX450H is only £2k more than last gen and F Sport price has increased by £1.5k so I wouldn't expect a huge price jump as previously thought.

Orders here being taken now and first deliveries are in January

Yes but here in U.S or Canada Lexus has not announced anything about pricing or the pricing of packages.

Just sold our 2010 RX and bought a used 2015 RX450h. After looking at the pics of the 2016, we decided under no circumstances would we ever buy a 2016. This is a luxuy SUV and they tried to make it sporty and failed IMO. The front grill is horrible looking. The black plactic wheel well trim looks cheap. CRV's have this. The after thought velcroed Ipad on the dash looks terrible. Again these are ones persons opinion. We are so enjoying our new RX.

Don't you have an ES? Sort of explains it all in the looks department anyway......

I really like both the 3RX and the 4RX. However, the 4RX is pretty polarizing, so I can understand how someone could not like it. I'm not seeing the connection between owning an ES (another car I like) and not liking the RX.
