Default Missing rear fender liner clips?!?!?

Am i missing a clip lol? Can someone be so kind to confirm if i am or not by looking at your rx? I have a 2019 f sport btw. I noticed a rock stuck in where the rear diffuser mets the rear bumper closest to the wheel and the gap looks kind of big to me. Is this normal?!?! lol, thanks.

Looks like someone "Nudged" that bumper. There should not be such a gap!

thats what i thought at first too haha. But i inspected the rear and nope, no damage anywhere. Car isnt driven that much and when it is, its often parked far away from other cars.

Edit
Well now im lost, I took a swirl finding light to make sure there wasnt the slightest "nudge" as the clear coat would show some sort of damage, and nope nothing anywhere. All gaps for the rear diffuser to bumper, to exhaust tips are all evenly gapped from my eyes. I lifted on the bottom piece that has the gap and its securely fastened and wont budge up nor even move down. So new if I could ask a new question is this gap normal?!?! And if im also missing those rear fender liner clips lol. The cars only been serviced at lexus and they shouldnt have had a reason to remove the fender liner?!?! Unless it was for the rear trailing arm recall or fuel pump recall...

My 2017 RX has the same thing. I’m missing it too. I too wonder if my bumper was removed as I’m the second owner.

Hm my car has never been in a accident nor had its bumper removed. Maybe thats just how the fastener looks?!?! And nothing is actually missing?!?! I guess next time I'm getting serviced ill go look at some of the rx's and see if they have "missing fasteners" and ill also check out the gap the rear diffuser has connecting itself to the bottom portion of the bumper. Looking down at it, it looks normal but when your eye level with it, the gap seems quite big, maybe its normal, I only noticed it cause the perfect sized pebble somehow got stuck in the gap lol.

I'm pretty sure that's the "rough in" for the OEM mudflaps. I think it's normal.
