Definitely not a "speed limit" warning. It is very similar to the "icy road" warning, which I am getting because of the cold weather.
I've turned off the lane departure warning, blind spot monitoring, pre-collision braking/warning....still get the chime
It even happens with the radio/ICE turned off, but there's nothing being displayed on the dash or info screen (unlike the "turn headlights ON" or "Roads may be icy").
This is driving me up the wall...

It still makes a tone/chime while driving
Today there was a new tone..sounded like three chimes in a row, when I lane changed. Nothing displays on the info screen, so no idea why it's making noise.
I've got as much turned off as I could (LDA, RCTA, BSM, PCA, parking assist).
Lexus dealers normally have a person on staff who specializes in the technology. You might be able to arrange to have the techie take a ride with you to demonstrate the issue and maybe either help reset it or identify a malfunction.
I had installed a Thinkware Q800 Pro 2-channel dash cam and it turns out that it was the Forward Collision Warning setting in the dash cam that was making the annoying chime.
While setting up/configuring the same dash cam in my Uncle's RX350, I noticed the setting and then went back into my dash cam settings and discovered that I must have mistakenly turned mine on.
The crazy thing is the warning chime sounds almost exactly like the warning tone that the car produces for things like "icy road warning".
Great dash cam...easy to install and configure.

Thanks for posting the outcome. It's crazy how difficult it is to track down the source of sounds in a car. You'd think your situation would be obvious, yet it wasn't. Glad you figured it out.
Where did you mount the Q800 in your RX? (On the frit on right or left side of the mirror housing, on the housing itself, etc?) Is the lens off-center and, if so, by how much? I'm considering either the Q800 or the Viofo A139. Both have similar form factors, although one has a left-hand lens and the the other right handed. My hesitation is if I mount it on the frit, the lens will be 8"-9" (20-23cm) off center, and I'm wondering if that is impractical.

It's not a great photo, but it shows how I installed the front camera. It is a little too close to the top of the windshield, which makes it difficult to remove the SDHC card, so if I were doing it over, I would lower the camera about a quarter inch. But it's a very neat installation, with all the wiring tucked under the trim.

Thanks, @dibl . Good thought about the placement; I'll be sure to remember to account for both camera and SD card removal. I'm thinking about placing mine in the same position, but on the driver's side, so most of the camera is beneath the frit. I'm probably overly concerned about the camera being visible from the outside.
Do I remember reading that you ran the rear camera cable along the bottom trim, and not the headliner? If so, did you have any challenges getting the cable up to the headliner in the rear?
Yes, with offline pointers from another forum member, I ran the data cable through the biggest grommet on the rear hatch, angled it to go behind the airbag over the rear passenger-side seat to the C pillar, down the pillar underneath the plastic, and then under the kick plate or sill plate -- whatever it is. Under the B pillar plastic, under the the front passenger sill plate, and up under the A pillar plastic. Although I worried about the cable length when I first saw it, there was probably 2 extra feet that I had to coil behind the A pillar airbag. The trim over A pillar airbags were the toughest part of the job -- they have a hard plastic restraint link to keep them from becoming missiles when the airbag blows. That link has to be twisted, with needle nose or similar pliars, and held 90 degrees from its normal orientation while the trim piece is removed. You need to run all cables UNDER airbags. Then the plastic holder has to be twisted again to replace the trim piece. Also, be careful with the headliner in the rear -- it seems very fragile and I was warned not to pull it down except for the very edge where you need to insert your tool to pull the data cable. I used a long stiff wire, ran it from behind the rear passenger side door under the headliner to the top rear of the roof, and then taped the data cable end to the wire, and pulled it through.

That might be a superior result, if you can do it. I was intimidated by the prospect of getting my data cable neatly past the rearview mirror assembly.

Just bought a new 2022 rx 350 and the bell chimes every time we pass a speed limit sign then it shows up on the notification screen by the speed odometer. I think you can turn off the chime. Hope that’s all it is for you.
