I have 2020 RX350. My audio voice command to "play a song" from my song list does not work in Bluetooth mode. A message says that "USB is not connected". When I plug in the USB cable, the audio voice command then does work correctly to play a specific song. Is there any way to get this to work with Bluetooth, or did Lexus design the audio voice command to play a specific song to work only with the USB cable? Seems odd. Any comments or suggestions appreciated.
