fix scratch
You can try to buff the damage on the paint, it will lighten it up, but will not go away. Also you do not want to remove all of the clear coat. The scratch on the Chrome Trim, do not touch it. Once you rub it, it is gone. Suggest you live with it or bite the bullet and replace it.
I would replace it if I were you, because if you were like me, it will **** you off every single time you see it. BTW, what happened?

For what it is worth, I had similar rear door scratches on both my last RX400h as well as my wife's Honda car. They were both 6- 8 years old and I didn't want to spend much money on either car anymore. I am sure the pros would have wanted to repaint the whole rear door ($1000-2000 would have been my guess). I bought a repair kit from Scratch Wizard for both vehicles and fixed them myself (see the video on their home page which was exactly what I did in about 2 hours). They both turned out very well. Someone would have had to look pretty close to see that they had been repaired.
I wouldn't do this on a newer car that I planned to keep for many years but it was worthwhile for my older vehicles.

That's a tough one just beyond the clear coat. An abrasive polish may work it will definitely remove your clear coat.
If you go that route be careful not to use too much in one application. You would have to do this a few times before you see if it's going to work or not. Then use a good wax if it takes the scratch out or not. If you're lucky and can get most of it out apply a good sealant to protect the finish. I wouldn't recommend a buffer unless you used one before on a car.

Looks like you either backed the car out of the garage while the hatch was open, or you didn't pull the vehicle in far enough and the door scratched it on the way down.
Regardless, it's too deep to "fix". It'll have to be re-sprayed.
