I have seen this on mine too! I have a 2016 RX350 FSport. It happened all throughout last winter and spring, on and off. It usually happens after a long drive, when I'm stopped at a stop light, car is still in Drive mode.

I haven't seen many reports of it.

However, it doesn't happen all the time and lately has not been noticeable for the last 6 months.

I brought it to the dealer but they said that they weren't able to replicate it.

Please do let us know what you find if you end up having your dealer check this out.

My dealer certainly didn’t say it was normal when I showed them a video of my Rx doing this. Just that they weren’t able to reproduce it on the day that I brought it in, and therefore couldn’t offer to further investigate it or fix it. It also doesn’t feel normal to me.
