Default Need Door Panel Screw Locations

This request may sound a bit strange to some. I’m having shoulder surgery next month & my left arm will be totally immobilized for a while. Since I will need to drive myself to appointments & physical therapy several times a week, I need to find a way to close my driver’s door with my right hand. I can get the door open with my right arm & hand, but not closed. I want to attach a strap (rope) of some sort, to pull the door shut with my right hand, but there are no visible screws anywhere & nothing I can attach to. Everything on these door panels appear to be glued or fastened by a clip from behind. Does anyone have a diagram of how the door panel comes apart? Thanks!

maybe you can get a cane like object and use the handle portion to hook into the little pocket to pull the door closed?
just a thought since it would not be permanent and you dont need to unscrew anything.
