Default So Cal FasTrak Mounting

For all of you fellow Club Lexus members who live in Southern California and have the FasTrak transponder where did you mount it?

If I try and place it under the rearview mirror it will be in the middle of the windshield. I don't know if I place it on either corner of the windshield if that would interfere with a sensor (it looks like there's two sensors on the right and left-hand corners of the dashboard, but I'm not sure if they're sensors or what).

Curious how others have handled this? TIA.

You can put it on the upper left or lower left part of the windshield. In my past experience with other cars with the transponder mounted at the lower left corner, there was no problem with the transponder being sensed by the booths. The only reason I suggested the upper corner is so that you would have easier access to the switch on the back of the transponder to indicate number of occupants.

To be safe, make sure to register your car license plate online.

Thanks for the tip.
