Driver's mirror sticking when shifting in reverse
 

My driver's side mirror sticks when shifting into reverse and does not tilt unless I give it a little help. The L button light is on. Is there a way to clean what is behind the mirror?
FWIW, I can put the mirror any which way manually and it returns to the correct position when I move to park. But it won't move to the tilt position in reverse.

I figured it out.
It just needed to be reprogrammed.

how did you reprogram the mirrors? Mine is sticking as well.

Shift into reverse and tilt the mirror down to where you want it. Press Set and your seat memory position (1, 2 or 3). Shift to park and test is out.

Works just like you said, now my friend's mirrors operate in sync and with the shift into reverse.
