Default What's wrong with the photo!
A local Lexus dealership performed a warranty repair to 2021 RX 350 (front timing belt cover leaking) Upon inspection at home with the flashlight, I noticed this! Is this normal or carelessness?

Hopefully that's the only fastener they forgot to torque down.

That is my concern, the unseen and hidden ones. I just sent an email with the photo to the GM.

Local Lexus dealership found bolt for upper motor mount loose. It was torqued to 40 ft-lbs as per repair manual. What would happen if I did not notice it!

Bolt would have worked its way out and fell on the road somewhere. Wow they were generous with the RTV.
