Default Transmission fluid change

I am not sure if this is already discussed, I couldn't find it:
is x litter out, x litter in (±100 ml) a safe and valid method for a 2022 Lexus RX 350 transmission fluid change.
As long as:
- The car was in the same state (cold) during both drain and refill
- Measured the old fluid carefully.

And as long as you know it had the correct quantity of fluid to start.

I think that if you purchased the vehicle new from a dealership then this will work (although not the official approved method).
If you purchased used then who knows.
