Not quite sure to be honest.
I've just ordered one for my car, but never checked where it is.
Based on some online car parts catalog it is supposed to be located as follows:
And this is what I have ordered:
It should arrive by the end of the week, so I hope that the weekend will have time to try to replace it
Could anyone please point me to step by step guide for diy buzzer replacement?
I finally had a chance to do this but didn't think to take photos. Its not difficult at all and the hardest part was getting the buzzer off the fender rail. There are 10mm bolts on the front left fender liner and plastic push pins that need to be removed. There are 3 push pins on the lip of the fender liner and 1 on the the liner towards the bumper. Peel back the fender liner and the blue buzzer is attached to the fender rail. I used an upholstery pry tool to remove the buzzer. There is a plug attached to the buzzer that you have to push down on the end of it to disconnect it. Connect your new buzzer and do every thing in reverse. The first time I did this I took off the front left tire trying to locate it. The second time when I installed the new one, I left the tire on.
