Question Inside Passenger Taillight assembly

Does anyone know if there is a difference in the passenger side lift-gate taillight assembly configuration(size, shape) between a Japanese built or Canadian built 2011 RX350? Seem to be plenty of inventory for the Japanese version but nothing for the Canadian

Not sure about any differences, but I bought an aftermarket driver's side outer tail light assembly from Ebay, a few yrs ago and it was a perfect fit for my Canadian made 2013 RX350.
You can always contact the vendor and see what they say.
Good luck.

Thanks, I guess if they make two versions then there is a reason for the difference part numbers
