Default Under engine plastic shield - 2010 Lexus RX450h

Hello. Yesterday I gave my 2010 RX450h for service. When they lifted the car I noticed that between the engine plastic shield and another plastic shield in the middle, the space is empty. There is no protection shield between them. I attach also a photo. Does anyone know if there should be something there as well? If yes do you know the correct part number?
Many thanx in advance.

That is normal. Nothing is wrong with your RX.

See that exhaust pipe in the middle between the oil pan and transmission pan? If you had plastic next to it the plastic would melt from the high heat. Also they need to get to the engine and transmission drain plugs.

Thanx a lot! So there's not even a heat shield there for the exhaust pipe, correct?
