You aren't giving us much information. What kind of power outlets do you want to add? 12V outlets? USB outlets? 120V outlets? Do you want them to be built-in or is it OK to have cables running through the interior?

Does your RX have the inverter and "Two-prong 120V AC power outlet" that was optional on the 2010 RX? It can make a difference depending on what type of outlets you want to add.

Switched and unstitched (constant) is another important consideration. [Both of these need to disconnect when the starter is engaged.

I added one to my 2010 RX by installing it in the lower center console space where the 2011 and up models have it. I posted about it in an earlier thread.

This thread covers how to do it in detail with photos, this is what I followed: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...nt-to-add.html

I used an aftermarket cigarette lighter type power outlet as the Lexus OEM one has a bizarre wire connection and I could not use it. So just pull the plastic piece and drill a hole for the aftermarket power outlet or outlets you want.

Also you can use something like this instead of caps on dashboard below steering wheel and use 12v outlets in center console for rear passengers only.

Default 2010 rx350 console disassemble

How do I take out the lower console insert to add additional power outlet?

It just pulls out using a small plastic trim removal tool so you do not mark the plastic, or a small flat blade screwdriver to reach in and pry around to get it loose. Look at the photos in the link above to see where the hold down tabs are located.
