I just bought a 2015 RX350 and in the past I've had problems with this particular dealer. I expect to get all the keys. The manual shows two wireless keys, and a card key. The card key is described as for the "valet". The Lexus dealer claims the card key was discontinued after the 2013 year, and RXs after that had only two keys. The users manual shows the two plus a card key. The dealer says they must not have updated the manual.

This is a Canadian car which might be different than US cars. Anybody have any insight on this?

I bought new RX350 in 2013. It came with 2 fobs, no card.
